How it works

From one champion to a licensed show

A department head champions it

Lookbook is built by a working IATSE department head, and it spreads the same way — a HoD or key who wants continuity, timecards and the call times handled brings it to the show.

The production licenses it per show

One licence covers the production for its run — every department included (Makeup, Hair and MUFX today; Wardrobe is in the works), unlimited crew, billed in simple weekly blocks, not seat counts. Every show starts with a 14-day free trial, and terms are quoted directly to the production — one email, one number.

Crew joins free — always

Artists never pay. Keys, dailies, and day players join with an invite code in seconds, and day players' access wraps automatically after their last day. No seat-counting surprises.

What a licence includes

The run of the show, covered

The full department toolset — continuity, face charts, call sheets, kit, expenses, chat, reports — for every member of the production, for the run of the show.
The paperwork, read automatically — call sheet, sides, one-liner, chrono, shooting schedule, day-out-of-days and background breakdown each recognised and put where it belongs; scenes, cast calls, background counts and locations land on the day.
Official payroll timecards — times from the chair onto the payroll company's own PDF forms for the show's jurisdiction, signed on screen. The show's union agreement is named from a catalogue of 21 bodies, and its rule book is in the app.
Eight languages — the crew works in English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Japanese or Chinese, each artist in their own; the show's paper is untouched.
The Wrap Archive — the complete continuity book exported as a deliverable the production owns at wrap.
Per-production data isolation — enforced in the database itself, with automatic access expiry for day players. Security overview →
Crew privacy by design — the production receives its work product: continuity and business records. Crew chat stays with the crew — it is not a production deliverable, which is part of why departments actually adopt it.
